I'm Joan Chinonyerem Chukwuemeka, a Microsoft Certified Data and Business Intelligence Analyst with a background in Customer Experience. I work with data not just to analyze numbers, but to understand problems, uncover patterns, and help organizations make better decisions.
I cover the full analytics process from cleaning and preparing data to building dashboards and presenting insights in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences. The business lacked clarity on sales patterns and customer behavior, risking inefficient pricing and missed revenue. I analyzed Walmart sales data to uncover demand trends, seasonality, and high-performing products, enabling better inventory planning, targeted promotions, and informed sales strategies.

Airbnb Seattle EDA
Airbnb hosts and investors lacked insight into pricing and revenue drivers. Using SQL-driven exploratory analysis, I examined pricing trends, customer sentiment, and host activity to identify key factors supporting smarter pricing and listing strategies.

National Healthcare Oversight Analysis
Healthcare administrators had limited visibility into patient risk, costs, and hospital performance. I analyzed admissions, length of stay, and cost data across hospitals using Power BI to highlight high-risk areas and cost-intensive trends, supporting proactive care and efficient resource allocation.

HR Analytics: Voice of Employees (VOE)
The organization had employee data but had limited visibility into engagement and satisfaction. I analyzed workforce and feedback data to identify engagement patterns and drivers of attrition, helping Human Resources(HR) design more effective retention and engagement strategies.

AgriFinance Hackathon
Collaborated in the CodeStorm Elite Team during the Data Community Africa Hackathon to improve access to finance for young agripreneurs. I led the data analytics work: cleaning and analyzing multi-source data and building Power BI dashboards, to support a predictive credit scoring and risk assessment solution, demonstrating how data can reduce lending risk and expand financial inclusion.

Customer Retention Analyis
The organization struggled to understand drivers of customer churn. I analyzed customer and service data to identify churn patterns and contributing factors, providing insights that support targeted retention strategies and more proactive engagement.
